Earth Hour 2014
This was done in conjunction with Earth Hour 2014.
Students from P4 Group 3 were given a month's time to come up with a poster to promote Earth Hour.
Ashley Lam Li Ying from P4B came up with this awesome 3D poster using balloon and paper.
The globe is actually made of balloon and paper dipped in glue. The base of the "globe" is actually a "screw cap" of a lightbulb, and the "globe" is actually a glass bulb.
Ashley is actually using this poster to ask people to save energy and cut down the use of electricity.
Good job Ashley!

Opinion corner
The CME syllabus focuses on six core values, namely Respect, Responsibility, Integrity, Care, Resilience and Harmony, which form the foundation upon which good character is built. These values complement and reinforce Our Shared Values, the Singapore Family Values, the Singapore 21 Vision and the National Education messages.
abstract from Civics and Moral Education (Primary) Syllabus, 2007
What do these core values means to you? Do you see any of your friends or anyone displaying any of the 6 core values?
You may comment in English or your Mother Tongue.
Remember to post and add in your Name and Class so that your CME Teacher can track who have yet to comment.
For example:
Just like what Ru Ze Xiao in Di Zi Gui mention, we have to respect our elders. If not, it will break their heart and it will disgrace them too.
Brad Tan (5K)
The deadline for this will be T2W3, 6 April 2012, Friday, 2359hrs.
Best 30 entries will receive a small token from the CME Department!
Let's start typing!
