Total Defence Day
Today marked the day 75 years ago that Singapore was surrendered to the Japanese during the Second World War. This is the reason Total Defence Day is commemorated on 15 February every year – a reminder to all Singaporeans to do our part to defend Singapore and our way of life.
As part of the Total Defence Day commemoration, lesson packages on Total Defence will be carried out for the students of all levels. Shown here are Primary Six students participating in the "SG UNITE!" Card Games and wearing the Total Defence collar badges.
