EDP Community contributes to Nepal Earthquake Relief Fund

"On 25-May-2015, our School launched the initiative to facilitate the fund-raising by Singapore Red Cross Society for its disaster humanitarian relief effort in aid of Nepal Earthquake. A presentation to raise awareness of Singapore's response to the disaster and to appeal for donations was given during the morning assembly to the students and staff. A donation booth has been set up and manned by the parent volunteers of EDP Parent Support Group. The students and staff responded overwhelmingly with generous donations and many well-wishing notes. This 3-days fund-raising donation drive concluded with tremendous success and the EDP community was happy to be able to make a difference in helping the people of Nepal."

    I feel that what they are doing is touching. I hope that the Nepal earthquake survivors are better.

    I hope this heart touching activity will help the survivors of the Nepal earthquake. It is also great that so many students and teachers are willing to donate to help others.
